The hotel’s culinary
team lead by Chef Liou, has put together a few new Ramadhan most favourite menus
to provide a large buffet spread for diners observing the month-long tradition.
Assisted by two new chefs, Chef Ateng from Sabah and Chef Wilfred from Sarawak;
this year the hotel has come out with new highlight menus includes; Wok Fried Chicken with Sarawak Laksa Paste,
Ayam Penyet Special with Homemade Sambal
and Sweet Cheezy Banana Fritter.
The Eatery will still continue
the most favourite must haves Ramadhan menus especially; Roasted Arabic Whole Lamb with Basmati Rice, Indonesian Bakso Soup with 10 types of condiments, Bubur Pedas and
Grilled Pomfred Fish Wrapped with Sambal in Banana Leaf. As for the crowd-pleasers cold
dish includes Chilled Fresh Tiger Prawns and Scallops complemented by the house
specialty of Sarawak Umai Ikan Hinava.
Sweet temptations will
always include the Four Points Kuching Ramadhan Signature Arabic Sweet Warm Baklava and Arabic Sweet Warm Omali besides an
assortment of miniature desserts, buttered date cakes, baked lemon cheese cake,
pudding, and a wide selection of Malay kuih muih, rojak buah buahan, Roti Boom,
Roti John and Murtabak.

Vouchers are available on sold
starting 12 June until the last week of Ramadhan with priced at MYR 60.00++ (69.60nett) per voucher with
minimum purchase of 10pcs.
Group dining discount are also available for walk in and
reservations to cater large families and friends:

in a group entitles for 10% discount
* 20pax and
above entitles for 15% discount
All
prices are subject to 10% service charge (where applicable) and 6% government
tax.
